Turbo Slide Lite is a set of games of reaction time and coordination. In both game modes, a grid of squares is drawn on the screen, the size of which is determined by the game difficulty. In Classic Tap, randomly two squares are selected as red, indicating the current targets. You must tap both of these targets at the same time in order to score a match. You then have a time limit to score the next match which appears. If you do not successfully tap the next targets in time your game will end. You initially start with 2 seconds to make a match, and this is reduced by 0.1 seconds each level you pass. In Slides, two squares are selected as red targets again, however two other purple squares will be selected as the "slide targets". The goal in this game is to select the red targets, then without lifting your fingers, drag into the slide targets. Blackjack Card Counter is a unique application for the iPhone and iPod touch. It allows any blackjack player, professional or amateur to keep track of their Blackjack card count. As most blackjack players know if you stick to the “Basic Strategy” for blackjack the house has a small advantage. But if you can keep count of the number of High and Low ranked cards in the pack you can gain a small advantage. You do this by betting more when there are more High cards still in the deck. You have an advantage when more high cards are in the deck because the dealer must take a card when he has a total of 12 to 16, whereas you can sit. If he gets a high card he will “bust”. Also you have a higher chance of getting blackjack, which pays 3 to 2. “Doubles” and “Splits” are also a better chance of success. This small advantage, around 1%, over a long period of time can result in huge wins. The new version 2.0 (in review with Apple at the moment) uses a choice of 4 popular card counting strategies. For each strategy press the button that contains the face value of the cards as they are drawn from the deck. Depending on the strategy and on the value of the card the button will either add or subtract 1 or 2 from a running total. “Hi-Lo” - Low cards 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 (add 1 to total). High cards 10, J, Q, K and A (subtract 1 from total). “Hi-Opt I” - Low cards 3, 4, 5, and 6 (add 1 to total). Unlke another Picross app available, you can drag your finger over the squares to fill them in, rather than having to tap one at a time.
